How far in advance should I book?
For boat and desert excursions 1-2 days is enough; for Cairo and Luxor by plane, Petra and the PADI course we recommend 3-7 days, and even more in high season (October-April).
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. The booking is confirmed via WhatsApp and payment happens on site, directly to the operator, on the day of the excursion.
Do you speak English?
Yes, your request is handled in English with us; on site the operators work daily with international tourists and many guides speak English.
Can I cancel my booking?
Since you have paid no deposit, simply let us know on WhatsApp as soon as possible: fairness towards the operator is all we ask.
