Terms and conditions of Escursioni Sharm: nature of the connection service, liability, indicative prices, bookings and payments made on site to operators.

By using escursioni-sharm.com you accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, because they describe precisely what our service is — and what it is not.
1. Nature of the service
Escursioni Sharm is not a tour operator, nor a travel agency, nor a seller of package holidays. The site is an information and connection service: we put you in touch with verified local operators in Sharm El Sheikh, with whom you book with no prepayment and pay on site. The excursion contract is concluded exclusively between you and the operator, who is solely responsible for organising and delivering the service.
2. Prices and information
Published prices are indicative and verified in October 2026: they can vary by season, operator, exchange rate and local conditions. The final price is always the one confirmed by the operator at the time of booking. We work to keep information up to date and correct, but we cannot guarantee the absence of changes occurring after verification.
3. Bookings and payments
Requests sent through the site (form, email, WhatsApp, phone) do not constitute a binding booking. The booking is finalised with the operator's confirmation. We collect no deposits: payment happens on site, directly to the operator, according to the methods agreed with them. In the event of a no-show without cancellation, any penalties depend on the operator's terms.
4. Liability
Escursioni Sharm is not liable for the delivery of excursions, for any service failures, programme changes, cancellations or injuries occurring during services provided by the operators, who remain solely responsible. Before travelling always check: travel insurance cover, document validity (passport and visa), official government travel advice and weather conditions. Some activities (diving, quad bikes, the Mount Sinai climb) carry intrinsic risks and physical requirements: carefully assess your own fitness.
5. Intellectual property
The site's texts, graphics and content are protected: reproduction without written authorisation is not permitted.
